Amélie du Petit Thouars,
Artistic director, graphic designer & illustrator, Paris
About
Born in 1983, lives and works in Reims. Graduated in 2007 from ESAG-Penninghen, artistic director and freelance illustrator since 2008. Typography, lettering and drawing
are at the heart of her practice. She offers an aesthetic centered on graphic design and likes to deconstruct letters and typographic grids to create her own visual language.
Her work is eclectic and nourished by the creation of posters, serigraphs, linocuts and drawings, outside of his commercial projects.
After 10 years as the co-creator of dynamic duo MOSHI MOSHI studio, an independent graphic design studio based in Paris, she decided to start fresh and tackle new challenges.
Her main field of action is print, be it books, catalogues, illustrations, magazines, brochures, pamphlets, logos, visual identities, posters, etc.
She loves being versatile and enjoys drawing, taking pictures & being generally silly!
For her personal work, she enjoys experimenting with typography, glitches, drawings & photography…
